After unpacking, I have discovered a few lost items. These items were costly and one is irreplaceable. The guys were hard workers, but management overbooked and things didn't end well. A small refund was issued, but unfortunately only covers about 10% of my loss.....not happy.

My move went very smoothly. The guys showed up on time exactly as promised and were very polite and professional. Finished quickly. Very unprofessional. I scheduled my move at 9am on 8/5 and they canceled appointment at 8pm on 8/4. They said they are not able to accept my card at this time and they dont trust their movers and are not able to accept cash :) thats funny
