Terrible. Broke 7 items, the movers were slow and clearly incompetent, and there were tons of hidden fees in the final bill (stair fees, elevator use fees, "hallway" fees). The owner was not responsive to multiple emails asking for reimbursement for broken items. TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE.
